1 Domestic Shipping 

a. We deliver orders from within Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as TCS. We also deliver domestically using our own riders where applicable.

b. We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the order on our website within the following estimated timelines after order confirmation. These timelines are tentative and may vary depending on your city, workload, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.

• Casual & Semi-Formal: 23 weeks • Formal Wear: Up to 6 weeks

2. International Shipping

a. We deliver orders outside of Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as FEDEX or other international logistics partners.

b. We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the order on our website within the following estimated timelines after order confirmation. These timelines are tentative and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.

• Casual & Semi-Formal: 34 weeks • Formal Wear: 7–8 weeks

 

You may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other charges upon receipt of goods shipped from Pakistan depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of a complaint regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must ensure that you provide complete and proper evidence, including receipts, clear pictures, and videos of the issue.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances as production or processing may already have started

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  • 1. We operate a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered from the website.
  • 2. Returns (only in eligible cases) must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • 3. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition, including packaging, so that the item can be properly assessed. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • 4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non- refundable. In case of approved refunds, return shipping costs (if arranged by us) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • 5. No changes to fabric, size, or design will be accepted once the order has been confirmed.
  • 6. If incorrect measurements are provided by the customer, we are not responsible for sizing issues, and no remake or refund will be provided in such cases.
  • 7. Minor alterations may be arranged at an additional cost, including delivery charges. Alteration services may not be available during peak season.
  • 8. The color, texture, and appearance of the product may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings. These variations are not considered defects, and customers are advised to carefully consider this before placing an order
