We guarantee to accept unwanted items in its original packing within 28 days of purchase!
We do not accept returns for custom made orders.
To make the returns process simple, please email us at email@example.com with your order reference number and the reason for your exchange/return. Our customer service representative will take it from there and process your request within 24 hours.
All exchange/refund items shall be sent back to us on the customer’s own expense with original packing, tags, and receipt.
Once the item(s) is received at our end, your exchange will be dispatched to your shipping address accordingly.
For refunds, all requests will be processed within 48 hours (excluding shipping charges) and a transaction will appear in your account within 2-3 working days.
For cash on delivery, refunds shall be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. Customers will be asked prior to proceeding with their desired option.
Order Cancellation Requests
Order cancellation requests may be accepted any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been marked as processed and shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Kunda Kari has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as: pricing errors, item out of stock or decline of credit/debit cards.
